At Chocoworld, we are committed to delivering fresh, high-quality chocolate products to our customers. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, our Refund, Return & Exchange Policy ensures a fair and transparent solution.

1. Eligibility for Refund, Return & Exchange

You may request a refund, return, or exchange if:

  • You received the wrong product.
  • The product was damaged, melted, or defective upon delivery.
  • The product was expired at the time of delivery.

2. Non-Refundable & Non-Returnable Items

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot accept refunds, returns, or exchanges for:

  • Opened, partially consumed, or used products.
  • Products damaged due to improper storage after delivery.
  • Orders placed by mistake or change of mind after delivery.

3. How to Request a Refund/Return/Exchange

  1. Contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order.
  2. Share your order number and provide clear photos/videos of the issue.
  3. Once verified, we will offer one of the following:
    1. Replacement product (free of cost).Exchange with another product (subject to availability).
    1. Refund to your original payment method.

4. Shipping Responsibility

  • If the issue is caused by Chocoworld (wrong, expired, or damaged product), we will cover all shipping costs for replacement or return.
  • If the request is due to a customer’s mistake, shipping charges will not be refunded or covered.

5. Refund Timeline

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.
  • The actual time for the refund to appear depends on your bank/payment provider.

6. Important Notes

  • Requests must be made within 24 hours of delivery.
  • Products must be in original packaging (sealed and unused) for return or exchange.
  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.
