Our first term is when a customer placed an order on our chocoworld website first of all we are conform the order via calling then process the order.
- Our logistic partners are (PostEx & Leopard) courier service and we are not responsible for any mistake on their hand. If you received broken/damage or with both conditions parcel even with the fragile sticker then contact to the courier company who deliver you the parcel, they responsible for this (Chocoworld are not).
- Once you pay for your order we cannot Refund/Return/Exchange so think carefully before placing your order.
- But here’s an advantage for you which is when we are conforming the order via calling on that time if you don’t want to buy or by-mistake place the order you can easily cancel your order.
- No one can use our brand logo, products images, description and any other kind of our brand materials without permission.
- No one can resell our production to any platform without having our brand authorization letter.
- Above These all policies and points are valid and running on our website since we create our online presence
